Access granted by a Subscription automatically ends at the conclusion of the paid period stated at checkout.
Creonio does not automatically charge the Subscriber again at the end of that period, and the Subscription does not carry over or renew on its own.
To continue accessing a Creator's Content beyond the paid period, the Subscriber must complete a new, separate payment through the Platform. Pricing, availability, or access terms may differ for any subsequent payment.
6.5 No Cancellation Necessary
Because Subscriptions do not renew or charge automatically, there is no recurring charge for a Subscriber to cancel.
If the Subscriber does not complete a new payment before their current access period ends, access to that Creator's paid Content ends automatically at that time, with no further action required.
Refunds for an already-paid access period are governed separately by Section 6.10 (Refund Policy).
6.6 Prices
Creators determine the pricing of their own subscriptions and digital offerings unless otherwise restricted by Platform policies.
Displayed prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on the Subscriber's jurisdiction and applicable legal requirements.
Creonio reserves the right to display taxes, fees, and currency conversions separately where required.
6.7 Currency
Payments may be processed in one or more supported currencies.
Where currency conversion occurs, exchange rates and additional fees may be determined by the applicable payment provider or financial institution rather than Creonio.
6.8 Taxes
Subscribers remain responsible for any taxes applicable to their purchases under local law.
Where legally required, Creonio or its Payment Processor may collect and remit indirect taxes on applicable transactions.
6.9 Digital Nature of Purchases
Subscribers acknowledge that purchases made through the Platform relate primarily to digital services and digital content.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases grant limited access rights rather than ownership of the underlying Content.
No intellectual property rights are transferred through a subscription.
6.10 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- duplicate transactions;
- technical errors preventing access;
- fraudulent transactions;
- unauthorized payments;
- legal obligations requiring a refund;
- other circumstances determined by Creonio in its reasonable discretion.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6.11 Chargebacks
Subscribers should first contact Platform Support before initiating a chargeback through their financial institution.
Where a chargeback is initiated, Creonio may:
- temporarily suspend access to purchased Content;
- suspend the Subscriber account;
- investigate the transaction;
- provide transaction records to the Payment Processor;
- dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks where appropriate.
Repeated abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
6.12 Fraud Prevention
Creonio reserves the right to review transactions for suspected fraud or abuse.
Protective measures may include:
- payment verification;
- temporary transaction holds;
- additional identity verification;
- purchase limits;
- manual review.
Transactions may be delayed or cancelled where reasonably necessary to protect Users or comply with legal or payment processor requirements.
6.13 Payment Failure
If a payment cannot be successfully processed at checkout (for example, a declined card), the Subscription is not created and no access is granted.
The Subscriber may attempt the payment again or use a different payment method.
Because Creonio does not charge Subscribers automatically after the initial payment (see Section 6.4), there is no later, recurring payment attempt that can fail once access has already been granted for the current period.
6.14 Promotional Pricing
From time to time, Creators or Creonio may offer promotional pricing, discounts, trial offers, coupons, or special campaigns.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotions are temporary;
- promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotions may be withdrawn at any time before redemption;
- misuse of promotional offers may result in account restrictions.
6.15 Payment Disputes
Users agree to cooperate reasonably during payment investigations.
Relevant transaction information may be shared with Payment Processors, financial institutions, or competent authorities where legally required.
6.16 Marketplace Role
Creonio provides the technical infrastructure enabling transactions between Creators and Subscribers.
Except where expressly required by applicable law, Creonio does not become the seller, purchaser, producer, publisher, or owner of Creator Content solely by facilitating transactions through the Platform.
6.17 Availability of Purchased Content
Subscribers acknowledge that Creator Content may become unavailable due to:
- Creator deletion;
- account suspension;
- legal requests;
- copyright claims;
- moderation decisions;
- technical failures;
- Platform discontinuation.
Creonio does not guarantee perpetual availability of purchased Content.
6.18 Payment Limits
Creonio may establish transaction limits, subscription limits, payout thresholds, verification thresholds, or other financial safeguards where reasonably necessary to:
- prevent fraud;
- comply with financial regulations;
- satisfy Payment Processor requirements;
- maintain Platform security.
6.19 Reserved Rights
Creonio reserves the right to refuse, delay, cancel, or reverse transactions where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law;
- enforce these Terms;
- prevent fraud;
- protect Users;
- satisfy regulatory obligations;
- comply with Payment Processor rules.
6.20 No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice.
Users remain responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property, Licenses & User Rights
7.1 Ownership of Platform
The Platform, including its software, source code, databases, visual design, user interface, trademarks, logos, graphics, algorithms, documentation, text, functionality, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Creonio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no rights are transferred to Users.
7.2 Ownership of Creator Content
Creators retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the original Content they create and upload.
Uploading Content to the Platform does not transfer ownership to Creonio.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as an assignment of copyright from the Creator to the Platform.
7.3 Platform License
To operate the Platform, the Creator grants Creonio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable (only in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the Platform), limited license to:
- host;
- store;
- reproduce;
- encode;
- process;
- cache;
- display;
- transmit;
- distribute;
- publicly perform;
- publicly display;

- use Content for search indexing;
- use Content for recommendation systems;
- provide customer support;
- improve Platform functionality.
This license exists solely to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Platform.
7.4 Promotional Use
Unless the Creator opts out through available Platform settings (where such settings are offered), Creonio may use publicly available Creator profile information and publicly accessible preview content for reasonable promotional purposes, including:
- Platform marketing;
- featured creator listings;
- search engine indexing;
- social media promotion;
- editorial recommendations;
- educational materials describing Platform functionality.
Subscriber-only content shall never be used for promotional purposes without the Creator's explicit permission.
7.5 Subscriber License
Subscribers receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased Creator Content solely for their own lawful personal use through the Platform.
Subscribers may not:
- redistribute Content;
- resell Content;
- publicly display Content;
- upload Content elsewhere;
- commercially exploit Content;
- remove copyright notices;
- bypass access controls.
No ownership rights are transferred to Subscribers.
7.6 Copyright Protection
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited.
Where Creonio receives a valid infringement notice, the Platform may:
- remove the Content;
- disable access;
- notify the Creator;
- request additional information;
- terminate repeat infringers.
7.7 Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may have their accounts permanently terminated.
Creonio reserves the right to determine whether repeated violations have occurred based upon the facts of each individual case.
7.8 Trademarks
The name Creonio, together with associated logos, branding, graphics, service marks, trade dress, and other brand identifiers, are protected intellectual property.
Users may not use Creonio branding in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or official affiliation without prior written permission.
7.9 Feedback
Users may voluntarily provide:
- suggestions;
- feature requests;
- bug reports;
- design ideas;
- usability recommendations;
- business proposals.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Users grant Creonio a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, implement, and commercialize such feedback without compensation.
Users are under no obligation to provide feedback.
7.10 AI Training
Creonio does not use private Creator Content or Subscriber-only Content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models without the Creator's explicit consent.
Publicly available Content may be processed only where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform or where permitted by applicable law.
If Creonio introduces AI-powered creator tools in the future, additional disclosures and policies may apply.
7.11 Platform Improvements
Nothing in these Terms prevents Creonio from developing technologies, algorithms, recommendation systems, moderation tools, analytics, security systems, or artificial intelligence that learn from aggregated, anonymized, statistical, or operational Platform data, provided such processing complies with applicable privacy laws.
7.12 Content Removal
If Creator Content is removed from the Platform:
- the operational license granted to Creonio generally terminates once removal has propagated through active systems and reasonable backup retention periods have expired;
- archived copies may remain where legally required;
- security backups may temporarily retain copies;
- evidence may be preserved for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
7.13 Reservation of Rights
Except for the limited licenses expressly granted in these Terms, all intellectual property rights remain reserved by their respective owners.
No implied licenses are granted.
7.14 Open Source Components
The Platform may incorporate open-source software governed by separate open-source licenses.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted under the applicable open-source license.
7.15 Copyright Complaints
Copyright owners who believe their rights have been infringed may submit a copyright complaint through the procedures published by Creonio.
Knowingly submitting false infringement claims may result in legal consequences under applicable law.
7.16 Preservation of Metadata
Where technically feasible, Creonio may preserve copyright metadata, attribution information, creator identifiers, watermarks, and similar ownership information embedded within uploaded files.
Users must not intentionally remove or falsify copyright management information where prohibited by applicable law.
7.17 AI-Generated Works
Creators remain solely responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated or AI-assisted Content they publish does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
The use of AI tools does not transfer responsibility from the Creator to Creonio.
8. Platform Moderation, Enforcement & Trust & Safety
8.1 Our Moderation Philosophy
Creonio is committed to maintaining a platform that balances:
- freedom of expression;
- creator autonomy;
- user safety;
- legal compliance;
- transparency;
- proportional enforcement.
Moderation decisions are intended to protect the Platform and its Users while respecting legitimate creative expression.
Not every disagreement or controversial opinion constitutes a policy violation.
8.2 Content Review
Content may be reviewed:
- before publication, where required by law or Platform policy;
- after publication;
- following user reports;
- through automated detection systems;
- during fraud investigations;
- during copyright investigations;
- during payment compliance reviews;
- when reasonably necessary to maintain Platform security.
Content reviews may be performed using a combination of automated technologies and human reviewers.
8.3 Reporting Content
Users may report Content that they reasonably believe violates:
- these Terms;
- Community Guidelines;
- applicable law;
- intellectual property rights;
- privacy rights;
- payment processor requirements.
Reports should be submitted in good faith and contain sufficient information to allow reasonable investigation.
8.4 False Reports
Submitting intentionally false, abusive, malicious, or retaliatory reports is prohibited.
Repeated abuse of reporting systems may result in:
- warning;
- temporary restrictions;
- suspension;
- permanent account termination.
8.5 Moderation Measures
Depending upon the severity of a violation, Creonio may:
- remove Content;
- hide Content;
- restrict visibility;
- disable monetization;
- disable messaging;
- temporarily suspend accounts;
- permanently terminate accounts;
- restrict specific Platform features;
- delay payouts where legally justified;
- preserve evidence.
Enforcement actions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
8.6 Progressive Enforcement
Where appropriate, enforcement may follow a progressive model: educational notice, followed by an official warning, followed by temporary feature restrictions, followed by temporary suspension, followed by permanent account termination.
Creonio reserves the right to skip intermediate steps where immediate action is necessary to protect Users, comply with applicable law, or address serious violations.
8.7 Immediate Removal
Certain violations may result in immediate enforcement without prior warning, including but not limited to:
- CSAM;
- grooming;
- terrorism;
- human trafficking;
- credible threats of violence;
- ransomware;
- payment fraud;
- identity theft;
- unlawful deepfake exploitation;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- Adult Content in violation of Section 4.4;
- large-scale copyright abuse.
8.8 Appeals
Users may request review of certain moderation decisions through available appeal procedures.
Appeals should include:
- relevant information;
- supporting evidence;
- explanation of why the decision is believed to be incorrect.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal.
8.9 Review Process
Appeals may be reviewed by:
- moderators;
- senior moderators;
- Trust & Safety personnel;
- legal advisors where appropriate.
Additional information may be requested during review.
8.10 Transparency
Where reasonably possible, Creonio aims to inform affected Users regarding moderation decisions, including:
- the general reason for the action;
- available appeal options;
- applicable policy categories.
Certain investigations may require confidentiality.
8.11 Repeat Violations
Repeated policy violations may result in increasingly severe enforcement actions.
Creonio considers:
- frequency;
- severity;
- intent;
- cooperation;
- previous enforcement history;
- overall risk posed to the Platform.
8.12 Preservation of Evidence
Where reasonably necessary, Creonio may preserve:
- uploaded files;
- transaction records;
- moderation history;
- account information;
- IP logs where legally retained;
- payment records;
- communication records.
Evidence may be retained for:
- dispute resolution;
- fraud investigations;
- legal compliance;
- regulatory obligations;
- law enforcement cooperation.
8.13 Cooperation with Authorities
Creonio may cooperate with competent governmental authorities where required by applicable law or pursuant to valid legal process.
Nothing in these Terms obligates Creonio to disclose information beyond what is legally required or reasonably necessary.
8.14 Emergency Situations
Where Creonio reasonably believes there is an imminent risk of serious physical harm, child exploitation, terrorism, large-scale fraud, or significant cybersecurity incidents, the Platform may take immediate protective measures without prior notice.
8.15 Automated Detection
Creonio may use automated systems to detect:
- spam;
- malware;
- payment fraud;
- known CSAM hashes;
- phishing;
- suspicious account activity;
- copyright abuse;
- coordinated platform manipulation.
Automated systems assist moderation but do not necessarily make final enforcement decisions without human oversight where appropriate.
8.16 Human Review
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, significant moderation actions may be reviewed by trained personnel.
Human review helps reduce erroneous enforcement decisions while balancing operational efficiency and user safety.
8.17 Platform Safety
Users agree not to interfere with moderation activities, including attempts to:
- identify moderators;
- intimidate reviewers;
- evade enforcement;
- manipulate investigations;
- interfere with reporting systems.
8.18 Good Faith
Creonio exercises moderation decisions in good faith based on the information reasonably available at the time.
The existence of later-discovered information does not necessarily render an earlier moderation decision improper.
8.19 Policy Updates
Trust & Safety practices evolve continuously.
Creonio may update moderation procedures to respond to:
- emerging online harms;
- technological developments;
- regulatory changes;
- payment processor requirements;
- cybersecurity threats;
- evolving community standards.
8.20 Transparency Reports
Creonio may periodically publish aggregated transparency reports containing statistical information regarding:
- moderation activity;
- reports received;
- appeals submitted;
- appeals granted;
- copyright claims;
- fraud prevention;
- law enforcement requests.
Transparency reports will not intentionally disclose personal information.
8.21 No Obligation to Monitor
Except where required by applicable law, Creonio is not under a general obligation to proactively monitor all User Content or actively seek facts indicating unlawful activity.
Nothing in this provision limits Creonio's right to voluntarily investigate, review, moderate, or remove Content where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, enforce these Terms, protect Users, or comply with legal obligations.
9. Privacy, Data Protection & GDPR
9.1 Respect for Privacy
Creonio recognizes that privacy is a fundamental right and is committed to processing personal data in a lawful, fair, transparent, and secure manner.

Although Creonio may maintain operational backups for Platform purposes, we do not guarantee permanent retention of uploaded Content.
Loss of Content may occur due to circumstances including hardware failure, software defects, malicious attacks, legal requirements, user deletion, or unforeseen technical events.
10.8 Financial Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creonio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential financial losses arising from subscriber cancellations, reduced revenue, decreased visibility, payment processor actions, platform downtime, business interruption, lost opportunities, or reputational impacts caused by third parties.
Nothing in this Section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creonio's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Platform fees paid directly to Creonio by the affected User during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Where mandatory legal protections apply, those protections prevail over conflicting provisions of these Terms.
